This course is based on the pioneering work of Prof. David Maidment at U. Texas-Austin, under whose direction the ArcHydro Toolset was built. He has taught a GIS in Water Resources class for many years, and has a repository of class projects on-line, which can be helpful in seeing the breadth of projects that can be pursued in this class.
